Bear walked into 7-Eleven, opened the fridge, grabbed snacks & walked out like a paying customer

A 7-Eleven employee in California captured an unforgettable sight on video: a black bear entering the store just as calmly and confidently as a regular customer. The highly intelligent bear walked right up to the refrigerated section, effortlessly opened a fridge door, and helped itself to a pack of snacks.

The clerk, understandably startled, attempted to yell at the intruder, but the bear completely ignored him and continued to enjoy its snack selection. Store security footage later revealed that the bear, which wildlife officers suspect had learned how the automatic doors functioned, had actually returned to the store multiple nights in a row for its routine snack run.

The incident quickly became one of the most viral wildlife clips of the year before the bear was safely relocated by wildlife officers to a much safer, more appropriate habitat. The hilarious footage serves as a perfect reminder of how surprisingly smart, and occasionally audacious, urban wildlife can be.
