Pumuckel, a tiny German wonder standing just 52.6 centimeters tall, now holds the Guinness World Record as the smallest living horse.
Despite his size, he struts with total confidence and spends his days spreading joy as a therapy horse in nursing homes, schools, and care centers.
He has even shown up on German television as the adorable sidekick on “Guinness World Records, Die Grosse Show der Weltrekorde,” passing out certificates like a pro.
